We had an insurance claim for mold and water damage in our condo that the insurance company refused to pay. Our building had already experienced leaks from the chimney pipes. A leak detection company found a leak in our bathtub siphon. We had to determine if there were two leaks or just one. Tony helped us find the single leak. He recommended a public adjuster he had worked with before to help us with our claim. He installed a shower instead of replacing the bathtub. We encountered a major problem: the main electrical line for many of the units ran through our bathroom siphon and was damaged during the shower installation. Tony helped us determine the best way to fix everything properly. We had to take legal action against our insurance, which took two years before we received the money needed to properly repair our unit. It was a three-and-a-half-year ordeal from the moment we reported the issue to our insurance company. Tony stood by us until the end of the work. He recommended a contractor who was incredibly helpful in getting everything fixed quickly and properly. Tony even returned our keys two years later once the work was finished. I replaced my water heater. Ask for a written quote. The price changed twice after the installation. There were four of them, so I didn't protest. A month later, the water heater in the other unit broke down. A plumber from another company installed it for less and up to code. He then brought my unit's heater up to code as well. Everything was so clean and impeccable once finished that I ended up asking him for over $2,000 worth of work. I now have a reliable and honest plumber for all my work at home, and it's not K2.
